I plan on getting a game this Friday but I am torn between Halo and Assassin's creed. What are your thoughts on which game i should get

I love both franchises. It completely depends what you're looking for in a game, I probably would go with AC (sorry) but would closely be looking out for a copy of Halo. I would choose this due to Assasin's Creed's open world, it's huge free-roam(and free-run) abilities and the story for the games never seems to disappoint (apart from a few occasions, but lets ignore that).

I feel bad saying this though, because Halo has been a huge part of my gaming life

I would have to say Assassins creed as it's open world and lots more to do and the new multiplayer is really fun and I enjoy the game and think assassins creed would be better then halo at the moment.

personally I would say AC as ive played the whole franchise and love it a lot, ive only ever played one halo game and I thought it was terrible.

I would say Halo as ive never enjoyed the AC games and Halo is just amazing.

Old Halo games with higher resolution and better textures or a brand new Assassins Creed game. That's an easy one.

Halo: MCC is broken atm, ac unity has horrible frames. just wait like a week or so and then come back here and make a decision

Assassins Creed's Story is more fum and interesting
Halo is just plain frustrating
