I was just playing a game in HP and there were two people one on my team one on the other team standing on two ambulances outside of the map by the second hard point, anyone know anything about it?

Here is probably what they done but their are other ways to get out too:

Plenty of ways to get out of/on top of Detroit

I assume if your not a glitches look up how to strafe and watch tuts to get better
