Can someone add me on skype to talk?

You cant open xex on your laptop. Install modio and connect a usb device that is formatted to the xbox. Then drag the xex menu file from the code9999 folder into modio and click save to device.

What are you on about XeX? XeXMenu is a program that you have on your RGH, .xex files are files that you launch on your RGH...

what im talking about is that when i downloaded xex menu i need to open it to get that 9999 thing but my computer ask me where to open it from i have windows 8.1 btw

You need to have an USB stick formatted to your Xbox, open Horizon and and drag the "C0DE99990F586558" file onto Horizon. Press the "Save to Device" button and wait until it has saved to the USB. Put the USB stick back in your Xbox and in the storage settings, move XeX Menu 1.1/1.2 onto your Hard Drive. XeX Menu will be in Demos.
