I'd suggest you get a better monitor as the one alexxy suggested is a TN panel since your using sich a high end GPU you might wanna get a better monitor.

I agree but it simply won't be doable within his budget.

Gonna chuck that in there.

Similar to the build Alexyy suggested, just with a cheaper Motherboard/RAM and a better monitor.
