Hey guys any help/feedback would be appreciated!

Basically, I start up my xbox and everything is fine. Loads into my Xbox live account like a charm. But in the middle of a game (Usually Call of Duty: AW) It disconnects me from Xbox live without any messages or warnings, then instantly connects to live again. (i've never been disconnected for less than 5 seconds.) Any help would be great. Had Xbone since last christmas and this started happening around a month or two ago. Thanks!!!
