It's not awful, but if you were trying to make it like "Foxy" then I don't really like it.

It sounds like "Fo-Axe-Ee" when you pronounce it.

It's a short and easy to remember gamertag therefore I like it, it's better than most people's gamertags were they have numbers and stupid capitals put in random places for example "xXW33dKiLeRXX" which is the majority of call of duty players on xbox haha.

It's alright. I personally think that gamertags should be about what you like as a user or something you and your friends come up with, not some 4 character word that just looks cool.
