Its a variation of a Xenon Motherboard without an HDMI that is really similar to a Falcon.

The Opus motherboards were only used as replacements in failed Xenon motherboards. Aside from the lack of an HDMI output, the Opus motherboard is similar to the Falcon motherboards. - So when you got the 3 RRoD on xenon they would normally replace with opus, its a rare motherboard in xbox's.
