is this any good? it will be my first gaming/light editing pc.
a friend recommended this for me but i doubt it because i only know of like the nvidia geforce and intel 'power houses'lol nothing about these brands.

PCPP is a huge pain, but here;

Far better. Much nicer case, the Z11 sucks. Intel>AMD. 280X is slightly more powerful than the R9 280, but if you could manage to spend a little more, get an R9 290 or a GTX 970. Although, the 280x is more than enough to handle a single 1080p monitor. A nice, good quality, fully modular PSU for good cable management. Add an SSD as soon as you have the money for it.

I'm almost positive they'll deliver to you and I don't think shipping costs will be too high. If you have an extra 100 euros, that will cover delivery and any mistakes that PCPP makes with costs. The R9 290 is 60 euros more expensive than the 280x so if you still have 60 euros to play around with, upgrade your GPU.
