I think only some of the content is available online the rest may be single player only I hope the other stuff is added sometime because I love the duke 'o' death and railgun.

Duke is available, I have already got it gold.. And also the axe and a hand gun.. However stock cars are not and also the nail gun/rail gun is not.. Not sure why, currently just wait for the next update...
