I take it you have an nvidia graphics card? If so, then find out where your PhysX driver files are located. Might be in C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX\Common\ or something similar. Copy the file Physxcudart_20.dll to the game folder. And re launch the game and it should display no error message.

Don't the Physxcudart_20.dll goes to c:/windows/system32" (32bit windows) or " c:/windows/sysWoW64" (64 bit windows)?

Yes, but this method I found you copy over the file to the game directory aswell as having in system32/sysWow64
