A Falcon, Xenons don't last as long, they both won't last long anyways. But a falcon would be your best choice.

honestly get a Jasper i've had mine since RGH's were discovered, if you want something more expensive then go with Trinity or Corona

Xenon are not good

Falcons are alright

RJTAGS are alright

Well I only have enough for a xenon and I'm a starter so should I just start with xenon

CR4 XL RJTAG+ completely different then RJTAG, this is a choice tween xenon and falcon not a hasper you didn't answer the OP's question

I highly suggest a Trinity RGH2, they last for a long time and have a good boot time

Don't get either and save your money for something more useful.

If you're wanting it for normal reasons, go for the falcon; more reliable, much lower chance of RROD, etc.

Couldn't agree with you more, Falcons are a good choice for your first, should last you a really long time unless you use it for 100+ hrs a week with the fans on low

'I'm a starter' - I don't think you'd say that if you had the intentions of backing up games to play them from the HDD. If that was the case, you wouldn't want to get a 'starter' console - you'd want to get one that would last as long as possible. If that makes sense?

Your just trying to compare motherboard revisions? In theory falcon is better ... Smaller mm gpu better cooling,heat sinks. This was microsofts 3rd revision
