I understand why it was "supposedly" delayed, but the fact is that they advertised the Heists feature before the game was released and didn't explain why it wasn't available until after the game was released and players were complaining/asking questions.

And for the record, I will not be responding to anymore comments that are pointless/bashing/spam and they will be reported as such for removal.

Only gonna say this once you're wrong rockstar did apologized for Heist being delayed they're focusing on the GTA next gen problem there's been more issues then a kid trying to get people to sign some stupid little thing for 10 million dollars when the Special edition and collectors is free get over it nuff said skid, One more thing might wanna do some research

They are not obliged to release the Heist until complete.
If they have reasons to hold it back then they will not and have no reason to, reimburse anyone.

If they released it and had so many faults, you would petition they reimburse you for an incomplete DLC.

Society these days is ridiculous

certain platforms have always been exclusive, you won't change that as quite frankly the new gens have more priority, they are also on better systems allowing more things to do, some things just aren't available on the old gens. although i would love heists, if they do release it in the end then it will be much better than releasing it now, i would complain about all the bugs and glitches on heists and would rather wait longer than have some buggy heists which aren't enjoyable and put me off them.

Your acting like you are saving lives...
You just want ingame money as you you cant be bothered grinding missions or paying for it.

Please just stop even if you get 100+ Signatures nothing will happen realistically you would need what 50k+? before they even begin to care a little bit?

Also they are allowed to hold it for aslong as they want aslong as they eventually release it, If they released it with it being broken and buggy you would just complain that its an incomplete product.
