If your worried about leveling then do then chestplate. The mida isnt really worth it its quite a let down tbh.

put it this way... if you don't buy the voidfang vestments this week then you can buy them next week

The Multi Tool has been there before but a while back , if you have enough to spend then get it but VOC is a better scout rifle in my opinion.

I read on the Bungie forum earlier saying it was there today and it had been there within the first few weeks xur had gone to the tower so i dont know tho just what i read sorry
