So if I have an RGH would i be able to download games say from xbox360iso, then put them onto my modded console and play them? or would i need a flashed drive?

You would need a flashed drive. I have a flashed 360 if you want it.

This is not true. If you have a RGH console, you can download the games from Xbox360iso (not just that website, but you get the idea), put it on an external hard drive, plug it into your xbox, and since it is an RGH console, you're going to be able to run the default.xex file to actually start up the game.
