in one way its legal, but in others depending on what you are selling you have to have a license. from what ive read all seems legit bro aslong as it was sold to him with good intentions:)

I'm not sure why you would wanna report that person anyway. Technically Humble Bundle is still getting the money they need to support the charities.

You are allowed to resell game keys there is nothing wrong with that aslong as you obtain them in a legit manner its called reselling.

The only problem is selling Humble Keys is considered immoral and you get alot of hate for it, it also damages other sellers who bought it via other means sometimes even straight from the dev.

When you bought a humble bundle in the past you got an actual game key for it (You know like xxx-xxx-xxx) but now I think it just gives you a link so its slightly more dodgy and there may be somthing in Humble Bundles Agreement about it, Read what Humble have to say.

Personally I wouldnt ever buy my stock via humble bundle due to you wont fetch retail price and I can get a better profit selling other games I get for the same price.
