Ive been playing s&d on xbox 360 and ive been getting only 100 points per kill, plant, and defuse. why is this happening ?ANDD my double xp that I got in a supply drop isnt working. It says its there and that its being used but im getting regular amounts of xp. PLEASE HELP

you get 100 points in search for your streaks, you get the proper points at the end of a game

Yep, the points you earn in game are just points that go to your streak. During double xp, you are still getting 1,000 xp per kill.
