*Note* I have no problem with immigration as long as it is done legally.
There were 11.2 million unauthorized immigrants in the U.S. in 2012
Unauthorized immigrants make up 5.1% of the U.S. labor force.
For every 100 illegal aliens who find jobs in the U.S., 65 American workers are displaced.
Each year, more than 72,000 aliens are arrested for drug offenses in the U.S.
Illegal aliens constitute over 25% of the federal prison population. Think about that for a moment. This means that a group which comprises less than 5% of the population is committing 25% percent of the crime.
Illegal immigration costs U.S. taxpayers about $113 billion a year at the federal, state and local level. The bulk of the costs some $84 billion are absorbed by state and local governments.
One out of every five children living in Los Angeles County has a parent that is in the country illegally.
Personally, illegal immigration disgusts me. Our country is already overpopulated as it is, now we have these illegal immigrants (mainly from Mexico) coming into our country. It is sad to see that our government can not take responsibility for this and do something about the border. I actually tend to lean more democratic but I strongly disagree with Obama's immigration act that he has put into play as of yesterday (11/21/14).
All opinions welcome.

I agree and disagree the only thing I disagree on it is because they had no way of becoming legal (Mexicans) and there lives were terrible there and at least wanted to try to change there lives around yes im not a fan of it but you also have to understand there story behind it im mainly against it but I also feel bad about it as well

Your facts are not strictly correct.
The Job one is the one that bugs me, the aliens are filling spaces current native population do not want to fill due to low paying wages.
Aliens do pay taxes individually.
Other countries are getting more immigrants than America.
Why are people so hell bent on keeping people off their land?
Especially a country that was created through this exact thing.

I never said countries didn't get more immigrants that America? You are bending what I said.
I want to keep people off this land because we are overpopulated as is and they just make the situation worse. Also, like I said, i'm fine with legal immigration. It's not America's fault that the Mexcian government is terrible. It is in our CONSTITUTION that we do not allow illegals in our country, and yet we do nothing about it.

I couldn't agree more and I live in the UK.
There was a TV documentary in that was filmed in England that particularly disgusted me. It was showcasing one of the groups of illegal immigrants that come over - Romanians. These people where basically having 5 or 6 families living in the one house and they where actually ripping open refuse bags all over the street looking for stuff to sell. That in itself may sound harsh as these people are living in poverty but you should see the mess these people make. The street that was being filmed was literally caked in rubbish from top to bottom as a result of these people, and of course that resulted in the refuse collectors refusing to do their duty on that particular street, leaving all the innocent taxpaying residents with no option but to team up and clean up the mess themselves.
Personally if it was up to me I would NOT allow any immigrant to live in the UK unless they where fully qualified to work in any given professional job.
Same should apply to the US and every other country, that way we would only be legally letting people in who will actually contribute to the country instead of draining the country's economy.
