So I have been wanting to be a streamer for along time now and I just havent been able to for many reasons. I have been wanting to stream Call of Duty because I have been playing Call of Duty since I was 9 years old. So I got my Xbox One, Elgato, Two Desktops, and some ethernet cables. I finally hook everything up after 2 hours, I was getting so excited, because I have been waiting for this day for almost two years. So I started streaming and I was realizing the stream was skippy and my voice was 2-3 minutes in front of the video. Then I did some research and found out that a good streaming upload speed is 3.5mbps and guess what have, a 1.5mbps. So yah I hate AT&T for this shitty upload speed, even though I have the 32 dollar plan. So if you know anything I can try to do let me know please!

There is nothing much you can do.

When your steaming, get everyone off the internet so its dedicated to you - Bit harsh but it will work.

Call up your ISP & have a good moan at them.

If all else fails, move to a better ISP who can get you them speeds that you want.

Ensure you are connected by Ethernet to get your best possible speeds.
If that doesnt work move to a better provider.

it's not all about Upload speed, 1.5 is enough to stream with the right settings

Just update your plan to get one with a higher upload speed. Yeah its going to cost you a bit extra, but the plan that I have right now for my apartment is something like 150$ a month.
