I accidentally hit delete all unread PM's when I was deleting so if you have not gotten your service completed hmu ASAP and I will get a new form off you and will get the service completed right away. I now have a new system for future customers and current ones to use. It is a lot more simpler and cleaner and will let you see all custom stats that I can do and lets you easily choose what you want for them as well
So basically for those who have not gotten completed let me know and I will be sending you the new form sheet and we will continue from there

The new form log system is going through google so if you don't have the google plugin installed it will probably ask you to install it.

Are you only able to provide for the Xbox 360?

Yes I only do services for the 360
I am up for today as well btw so I will be completing accounts that I could not last night. Again to anyone who was not completed and did not get the new form system that I am doing please message me so I can get the new form from you!
