ok so i am wondering if this is even worth it.. its a $500 computer, i dont really game on my computer, but i make youtube videos and i need a good computer to edit with (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Sony Vegas, Ect) are these specs good enough? may be hard to read but yeah.. im hoping on adding at least 8GB more of ram if its even possible idk

It's not really as he stated he wont be gaming on it and he will only edit and render on it so ATM there is no need for a GPU.

If you're willing to build your own PC and can go $10 over, get this;

If you can't go over, just swap the 270 for an R7 260X.

The pre-built PoS you're asking about is not worth it. A low-end APU with no dedicated GPU, a very bad quality PSU with a very ugly case.
The build I've suggested has a superior CPU, case, PSU(although still not great due to your budget and requirements). As well as a dedicated GPU. Add another 8GB RAM when you have more money if you need to.
