I'll looking for a PC Build for around 500GBP But could stretch to 550GBP mark if best.

I've already got everything for Streaming apart from PC.

Keyboard/Mouse/Monitor isn't in my budget.

I'd Also Like Some Editing/GFX Softwares.

Help Would be appreciated.

I'd Most Likely Stream Xbox One FIFA But I'd probably buy games for PC, like LoL, Dayz ect..

You will probably not run DayZ on a 400GBP PC.

Cheers.. Btw my current upload is 0.83mbps, would I get 720/1080p or na? If not, is Virgin fibre optic the best broadband for streaming?

You should defiantly think of upgrading your internet as I dont you can even stream with 0.83
