Just noticed you have a new budget of £500-£550. With the increased budget, get this;

Add an SSD in the future if you want the faster boot/load times. You could also add another 8GB RAM if you wish, though 8GB should more than suffice.

Yupp. The 8 thread Xeon is going to benefit you most. If you do a lot of editing/rendering and could benefit from more RAM, add another 8GB stick when you have the money. The 270 is a great GPU and since you're mostly focusing on editing/rendering/streaming, the 270 is more than enough for what you want. Plus, you get a nice case with a fully modular PSU so everything looks tidy enough. Oh, and buy the components from [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . Just search for the components I suggested and add them to your basket.

I'm pretty sure LoL and DayZ are horrible optimized games but you'll be able to play 'em no bother. The Xeon is more than capable of running any game you throw at it, and the 270x is a great mid level card, it's going to play games on high settings without breaking a sweat.
