Do you tell the customer you have modded there account after you do it

I had sent most people messages about the second step information however if you have not been completed yet it is because of the second step verification so you will need to message me asap so we can get this completed!
Once I get back on tomorrow we can complete the second step verification and get the accounts completed right away.
