It's definitely worth it but I'm just not keen on the work rates

Yeah its definetely worth it but I would swap Fellaini for someone else.

Looks pretty solid. The only problem I have in the back three is Hummels with his H/M workrates. That may or may not be a problem for you. But for me it usually is when I play a three in the back formation. 0:

I wouldnt go with Hummels as his pace is really bad. I also bought Aguero two days ago and had him next to tevez and i just couldn't get ageuro to work, he felt really shoddy.
