My download is 108mb but my upload is around 7mb

30 sounds unrealistic

I can understand that speed actually, Ive seen people who have over 300mbps download so 20mbps seems like it could be a real upload speed (I think thats roughly what mine is aswell obviously not MB/s)

And if you do have that yes you will be fine for streaming.
I can stream when at my grandparents house with 8mbps upload so you will be good.

Edit: Changed to 20mbps upload instead of download as it was auto corrected.
also if anyone is interested results of my speedtest I took which I can stream on (slower than normal)

We are talking about upload not download.

I think the OP got confused with the two as well.

I didnt get confused between the two, I typed the reply on my phone and didn't realise it change upload to download.

300mbps download with a 20mbps upload seems low to be honest.
