I'm thinking on moving over to PlayStation from Xbox. My question is, do I have to create a whole new account if I want to change my name on PS? Thanks.

They explained why I'm sure it's to do with trolling etc they didn't want people to do stuff change there name and be gone type thing? But short answer no

I think the way to change your name is if your account was a Chinese account

yes you would have to make a new account to have a different name as they explained why you cant change it it is for trolling and stuff like that from what i got from reading the post
