As you may be aware, the Xbox 360 Marketplace has been remade prohibiting the sale of modified consoles. In the updated rules, Sean said this about the JTAG/RGH Forum (no disrespect to him):
Unless the rules have changed since, it seems to be that modding is coming to an end on TTG. In my opinion, this is a very big blow as the JTAG/RGH Forum is one of the most popular ones on the site and the Trusted Sellers at the marketplace put a lot of work into their shops.
I made this post to see what the community think and to show that the modding forums should be kept alive, don't make pointless comments about how you "hate hackers" and how much you want the modding forums to be taken down, this is just to see the opinions of the community.

A - You won't find sales topics there once the clean up is complete, and you should not attempt to sell there. The JTAG forum should be considered as on life support.

Put me in on there. The JTAG/RGH forum is NOT just for selling modded consoles, it's also about the support and help on those consoles.
The people who need help with their JTAG's/RGH's wouldn't have a forum to post to, and the people who want to even talk about JTAG's and RGH's wouldn't have a forum to post to. If you were to delete the JTAG/RGH forum, you would only make the users of that forum go to some other section of the website and ask for help there, cluttering the sections.
I think that moving the two Xbox marketplaces together was a good idea, but getting rid of something that people use (who cares if its old gen!) would just be driving users away from the forum.
The people who need help with their JTAG's/RGH's wouldn't have a forum to post to, and the people who want to even talk about JTAG's and RGH's wouldn't have a forum to post to. i don`t think this will help at all this is a strong decision that has been thought about for a while and has finally been done.
