Current Build Main Parts:
Processor (CPU)
Intel Corei5 Quad Core Processor i5-4570 (3.2GHz) 6MB Cache
Motherboard
ASUS H97M-E: Micro-ATX, LG1150, USB 3.0, SATA 6GBs
Memory (RAM)
8GB KINGSTON DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz (1 x 8GB)
Graphics Card
3GB AMD RADEON R9 280X - DVI, HDMI, mDP - DX 11, Eyefinity 4 Capable
1st Hard Disk
1TB 3.5" SATA-III 6GB/s HDD 7200RPM 32MB CACHE
Power Supply
CORSAIR 450W VS SERIES VS-450 POWER SUPPLY


What should I upgrade as i have some spare money around 40GBP to spend.
Either the CPU from the Intel Corei5 Quad Core Processor i5-4570 (3.2GHz) to the Intel Corei5 Quad Core Processor i5-4690 (3.5GHz)
or something else ?

The 4690 will give a minimal performance increase over the 4570 so isn't worth it. £40 isn't enough to upgrade CPU anyway.

is there something I should upgrade on it, For example Im able to get a 128gb SSD Hard Disk & 1TB HDD Instead of just one HDD.

You won't get a 128GB SSD for £40. You could maybe get a 60/64GB SSD if you wish.

Nah man my budget on PC Specialist is 800 GBP, I don't wanna hear that building your own PC is better value for money, I KNOW it IS. Regardless Im trying to build the best possible PC on PC Specialist for 800GBP. As I don't have to pay the full price, I will only be paying the price excluding VAT which is around 650 GBP.
