Would it be wise to invest in players that likely to become inform on a Wednesday in hope that the original card will rise in price?

E.G. Many people think Pogba & Messi will have Inform cards this Wednesday, would it be likely that the normal Pogba/Messi Cards will rise in price throughout the week?

Pogba is more of a likely bet to be honest, cheaper so you can pick more up.
