Hey guys need help.. I want to get a gaming laptop or PC but would just like to know if it's better to buy or build? I will have around 500-600 to spend any help would be grateful. Thanks in advance.

Your best bet is to build a desktop. What is your currency? 500-600 what? USD, NZD, AUD, GBP?

Sanctyy's build is great, however personally I'd sacrifice the SSD and get a R9 290 and add a SSD later on.

DCFC's suggestion gives you a better GPU. Though, the 280 is more than enough for a single 1080p panel. What I suggested is a great all round build with an SSD for faster boot/load times. If you'd prefer a better GPU, with no SSD, get what DCFC suggested.
