Hello i have always had a dream of having my own I.T company and i was looking for some peoples honest opinions. I have done some market research and I have found that there are not really any big companies that sell gaming computer parts in Europe. my business plan is to create a business that would produce gaming computers, parts and accessories gaming is a growing and good industry to get into. Thanks for taking time out of your day to help me decide if it is a good idea and if i should spend hard work and money on making my business plan a reality.

you will need a serious investment in order to start this sort of business. And if you are going to 'produce' these products along with selling them you will need even more money and a crack development team. Look at Razer, They take months even years to design and create products along with spending hundreds of thousands of pounds. It will be very expensive and very hard to start, but if you do it i will be the first to congratulate you.

Making your own business isn't easy. You will need a fair bit of money behind you (at least enough for a full years wages). The first year of a business is mainly for advertising. But you will find it hard to out price e-sellers like OCuK and Scan as they get huge trade price discounts.

It's not a bad idea, just an unrealistic one. But if you feel as though you can start small and work up and in time become a successful business man, go for it. You just need one hell of a business plan for that to happen.

Thanks for the help. I was planing on starting just in the UK for a couple of years to see what kind of competition and challenges I will face and if i think it will be worth going nation wide. I know its optimistic but i really think i can get somewhere with the ideas and experiences i have had when i was gaming. I am willing on spending most of my time and spending just enough to make it through the month with food and utility bills and invest the rest in the the business.
