Best way is to double click on the icon and see what its called.
Go to the control panel, see if you can un-install it.
If your having no luck, go to your C drive, and go to program files. See if you can see the program in there and delete the folder.

Im not entirely sure what programme you mean unless you mean the 'Featured deals bit' which im guessing you do.
As Xiggy said try and find the programme name and go into your C drive - program files and delete the folder.
Or download this. Once downloaded click 'scan' then as soon as the scan is done click 'clean' which will get rid of the ad ware.

It might be a chrome extension, if it's not what the above people said, go into chrome's extensions and see if there are any you don't recognize and remove them c:

I am willing to bet that it is an extension. If you delete it through your settings on what ever browser you are using you shouldn't have any problems with it.
