as the title states i cant move my gamerprofile from my hard drive to my usb drive it says "there was a problem performing that action" everytime i try to do it if anybody has any suggestions please help me.

Is the usb drive configured to your xbox? And if it is then your usb might be to full or something like that.

maybe it is the stick your using.
When I first tried it didnt work, and I had to switch the drive I was using

Put your USB into your xbox, go to system settings > memory > click on your USB > configure to xbox recommendations or whatever it says then you can copy your profile over

Usb could be broken. Get a brand new one. Or it might not meet the standards

ok its not the usb drive because i got the gamertag onto the usb drive before but i accidently deleted the gamertag and had to recover it and know all my saved games and the gamer profile wont go over to the usb drive everything else including my modded gamertags will still go over to it

i had the same problem but them i realised i hadnt formated it on my comp to FAT-32 if this helps?

my friend as soon as i sent u the last msg i fixed it and ill tell u how go to system setings then memory highlight your usb then press y for device options then click remove xbox 30 storage wait abit then assighn bck to your xbox then wait a min then it should be bck to normal hope this helped
