I want to get LED Lights, Would I have to manually install it or would I be able to have a Repair Shop do it?

It's basically up to you.
But if you using Halo leds for highlights its going to take forever if your not experienced in that stuff.
A lot of wires.

LED is very broad, like stated. You talking head lamps, accents, underglow, interior/exterior? More info would be helpful, but I wired my headlights and halo fogs on my truck took about an hour and a half but i made sure I got everything connected and sealed tightly so i wouldn't need to mess with it in the future.

You could go to a Automotive Electrical Garage/Store and get charged out of your eye balls
It took my 30 Minutes to install my Interior LED Blue Lights + Blue Number PLate lights
I Done the Interior Rear + Front Dome
Puddle Lights
Mirror Puddle Lights
Door Lights
Glove Box
Boot
Now when I Unlock my car at night it just shines out blue everyone loves it.
But if your doing it yourself your better off looking on youtube. See if your car has a good owners club because they will have very detailed guides and will show you which products & parts to buy because you cant just buy universal replacements
