If i Rank up on Xbox 360 on advanced warfare will i be able to sign in at christmas when i get an xbox one and have my same rank from the 360?
so basically can i download my 360 profile on the xbox one and continue my multiplayer rank and progress on the xbox one?

Yes, your rank will transfer over from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One.
