There are two things I am trying to make happen:

1)For Rockstar Games Inc. to take responsibility for falsely advertising the availability of the Heists by compensating the consumers.
2)There shouldn't be anymore exclusive content per consoles on games that are available across all platforms. The only exception should be for people that purchased collector's editions of games.

For the record, I haven't played GTA V for the simple fact that Rockstar has been stringing us along for over a year.

Yeah, it's disappointing we can't come together for a common goal. If all those people signed, we would reach out necessary goal even faster.

Good luck with it, I won't be signing because I don't particularly have a problem with it but I wished there were refunds for everyone who bought the BF4 season pass, had it for 3 months and I couldn't use any of the DLC and I didn't get any of the bonuses I was meant to either!

Makes sense. Since it doesn't directly affect you, you don't care.

1. There never was any false advertising. You can't false advertise content that's free. And even so they have to obviously polish the heists up so they work day 1. And also Rockstar got caught up with remaking gta v for next gen.

I don't know about you but a next gen gta is worth a lot more than some missions.

This Video was released August 15, 2013 and at 1:13 into it, you can hear they mention Heists. They never said it wasn't going to be available at a later date. THAT is false advertisement!

The exclusives I'm referring to is anything that is available on the Xbox One and PS4 but not the Xbox 360 and PS3. We all bought the same exact game, there shouldn't be anything extra for other consoles. It's a waste of money to buy multiple copies of games. But they're trying to force people to do just that.

They are legally required to provide that information to avoid consumer confusion. They didn't say or have any text in the video to go along with the Heists announcement to let consumers know that they[Heists] would not be available at the release of the game.

False advertising only happens if something was already in the game and was lied about.


ok for example Killzone: Shadow fall was a game that was supposed to have a 1920x1080p resolution but it didn't have that it was sub 1080p and Sony got in trouble for it. Stuff like that is false advertising if Rockstar said they were making heists and gave a date then it didn't get released that isn't.
