My PS4 is on its way with GTA & Advanced warfare..
If i link my social club account, do my weapons & money transfer to the PS4 (From PS3)

I did it on my account and it worked perfectly. (Xbox 360 to Xbox One)
I would think that it would work the same with Playstation. Just link you account to your social club.

My friend has an Xbox one and confirmed he got his rank and 34 million.I'm sure it should work and try making a new character.Unlink your social club from your Xbox account.Link your ps4 account with it.If that doesn't work make a support ticket.I'm sure it would though.
