I can't seem to get out of Silver. Every team I get on has a feeder and I keep getting demoted. Any tips?

Get a duo partner from someone that does good in your ranked games add them and play. Play lanes to that can control game like jungle, duo bot

Duo with someone you know is decent. Skype/Curse Voice helps more than you can even imagine. I climbed from B4 to B1 in a day and a half. I was in ELO hell as well now I'm Bronze I with the MMR of Silver III/IV.
