Okay so 3 years ago my Dad took away my Xbox 360 for making bad decisions (I don't want to mention them) and he says he's taking my Xbox and not allowed to play games. I got over it for 3 years exactly. Today marks the day he took it away. But now, my girlfriend is saying she will buy me an Xbox One for Christmas. NOW here is my question! Will my Dad tell me to give it back and tell my girlfriend to return it?

He shouldn't but make sure you tell him that today marks the 3 years... And then decide your decision after you see how he reacts. Good luck!!

The only way to know is by asking your father if he is okay with it.
How old are you?
If your girlfriend has enough money to buy you an Xbox one, then why do you need your dad's permission. I'm a tad confuswdconfused

I could understand that he wouldn't want her buying you something that costs that much, but if I were you i would talk to him about it first just so that it doesn't cause any problems between you guys and I'm sure that if you do just sit down and talk to him that he will understand!

Depends on what the bad decision you made was! But personally i would just buy the xbox one and tell your dad that you like gaming and if he says no, just keep it at your birds house.

If he does try to make a deal with him. Be like "If I do anything stupid again you can take it away from me." See how that works.
