Who knows, maybe he will be okay with it and maybe he won't but only you know that. For example if the thing you did wrong was maxing out his credit card or something on xbox live then he probably won't trust you with a new one and if he does he won't pay for live. But I don't see any other reason for him not to be okay with it as I don't know the story.
