What can I buy on ebay or somewhere else for 3.18 and i wont get bored of using it...
I was thinking about a laser pen but im not sure...

Well if you are gonna use them then go for it if not a laser pointer would be fun to mess with your pets with (if you have any) I know my dogs go crazy over it so yea a laser pointer would be fun.

Two different things, a Dog can't get injured chasing a ball unless it does it themselves which is accidental. Cats eyes are sensitive to lasers and can blind them, so you are an idiot for trying to use a Dog chasing a ball and a Cat chasing a laser the same thing.

But if you don't try and blind your cat with a laser then go for it, but other harms can go into it and its your own fault.
