The cop was just doing what he had to do ! If a black man turned back and started coming at you, probably going to kill you , you wouldn't draw your gun ? People are just looking at it as racism because thats what this world has come to !

"If a black man turned back and started coming at you..." -- It is things like that that makes this a racial issue. Why does he have to be black? If people are going to defend Darren Wilson, why must they put a color/race on their hypothetical questions? That itself makes it seem like it was a racial issue, which is what people defending Darren Wilson are trying to avoid (at least, should be trying to avoid.)

Is there any proof he started charging at Darren Wilson? The way I see it: He apparently tried for the gun, got shot, failed the struggle, started to run away, got shot at, turned around with his hands in the air, and got dropped with more shots. It is when he was getting away that all gun fire should have ceased. Brown never had possession of the gun, so he should not have been shot 6-7 times. I think this thing should have at least gone to trial. I hear there is a possibility of that still happening. Even Nancy Grace of all people think there should have been a trial. Getting an indictment is suppose to be one of the easiest things to do, but the prosecutor managed to fail.

I saw on the news that 6 out of the 7 witnesses saw Brown throw his hands in the air, but the 7th witness said Brown was charging at the officer... So i guess we will never know the full truth.
