hold down the power and lock screen button.. wfor about 5 seconds let go off the lockscren button but continue to hold the home screen Also make sure your connected to itunes..

If you done it correctly Itunes will give you a message on screen saying ''Iphone/Ipad Etc has connected in dfu mode..

Click restore..

That should Work

I've tried that and yes I would gift gold if someone helped me it would be worth the 10 dollars
