I got suspended until the 17th. I didn't do anything to get me suspended and the only game I play is advanced warfare. The only thing I did was kill all of my teammates in hardcore search and destroy with my friend. He got suspended too

Try going onto contact support with them maybe they can tell you why you was banned there must be a reason they would not just ban you.
