I really need some help with this..

I literally can't figure out any possible way to get this garbage laptop to boot..

There is no factory reset option, it won't boot from disk and it can't even boot into safe mode..

Anyone got any ideas?

When you are turning the laptop on start to press f10 f11 or f12 it should put your laptop into recovery mode
