I Purchased 1 million fut coins for xbox one but they still haven't arrived, its now been almost 3 days and my player has almost expired off the transfer market, they sent me a email asking for ID proof which I sent to them (driving licence) 2 days ago and still nothing I have sent countless emails and have not got a single reply what should I do ??

Probably not the best thing to send ID, they could use your identity for anything.
Open a dispute on paypal and I would try to get authorities involved to track the guys email down.
Since you dont need to request ID at all when selling coins

PayPal won't do anything because you didn't Purchase a Psyhical Item they won't Dispute a Payment for Virtual Items.
