Liberty is for campaign only, unless they did a recent update. Horizon has a credit editor but you could only add 1,000 cR a day. If you haven't been online in say 10 days you will be able to add 10k instead of 1k. Like for example on one of my secondary accounts I wasn't on in over a year (about 367 days or something) and was able to add 367,000 cR (not sure if that was the exact number but just giving you the idea).

Can mod all halos

Reach is only 20000 cr per day or something like that. It's recov only so it's pointless because it takes at least like 3 months to get max rank if you mod max cr every day which is expensive due to 3 months worth of KVs non stop.


Possible but not possible.

i dont get it i seen ModdedWarefare mod Halo 4 but thats all
