AMD isnt very good because although it has 8 cores, they are not all usable. Each individual core GHz isnt god because there is a vast majority of them. Most games only utilize 2 or 4 cores therefore you have 4 and some times even 6 unused cores if your running AMD. intel has fewer, but more powerful cores. AMD is also way out of date and is going nowhere in the near future. You should get a Intel Pentium G3258 which overclocked, can run as good as the AMD if it is properly cooled with an aftermarket cooler. If your going towards lower end games such as MC and LoL then the Pentium is the way to go as those games do not demand more than 2 cores. But if your trying to play more core demanding games such as Far Cry 4 then you would want to invest in an Intel i5 4690. AMD also generates enough heat to heat your house for the whole winter.GHz and cores doesn't necessarily make a better CPU. Intel CPU's have far superior performance per core than any of AMD FX series. Plus, you have far superior upgrade options. Unless something requires more than 2 cores, the G3258 will perform perfectly well. I've seen the G3258 OC'ed to 4.8GHz, just so you know. If anything you're doing beneefits from more cores, then an i5 or i7 would still be a better choice than any AMD CPU.

Ew. You haven't selected a HDD, so I'm assuming you don't need one. For $130, you could get an R9 270X which out-performs the GTX 750Ti. However, for $400 I'd get this;

Use the iGPU on the 4440 for now until you can afford a decent GPU, or use the rebates from that build to get yourself something like an R7 260X.
