Could anyone suggest what the best items to buy for a computer build around 500$. I will mostly do editing but also want to game a little like runescape. Suggestions on all parts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot for anyone who helps, I'm new to comp builds and this will be my first that's why I'm not sure on what's better for which activities like editing or gaming. Thanks guys!

$500 after rebates so if you can manage that, it's definitely worth it. The GT 630 is only in there because the Xeon doesn't have an iGPU. The GT 630 out-performs the GT 730 so you'll still be able to play games on low settings. I'd suggest upgrading GPU when you can though, and then adding another 8GB RAM. The extra 8GB RAM would be beneficial for editing/rendering. The Xeon has 8 threads so is a great CPU for your requirements.
