What GTX 970 should I get, which one do you find to be the best? (reason could be quiet, fast clock speed or looks cool)

I was going to get the Asus Strix (quiet and looks cool lol), but was sold out all last week now its back in-stores was going to get it.

Also was thinking of getting the reference model for water cooling on a later date but my next build won't be in like a year (or later might wait for cannonlake CPU so 2016 budget will be like 2500-5000) and I will just buy a better graphics card then GTX 980 or whatever is out then =D might go back to radeon...

anyway what gtx 970 should I get (all gtx 970 are under 320 gbp which I can easily afford so don't ask for budget) this is a general question

Wat.

I'd get the MSI one. Or go on Overclockers UK and get the Nvidia TITAN cooler GTX970 for 319. Perfection.

Any. They're all going to perform almost identically. It comes down to your personal preference in the end. I personally prefer the Twin Frozr V cooler because it's a semi-silent GPU and it looks nice.

The gigabyte one seems to have the highest bin rate and it overclocks like a champ every time.

Also comes with a back plate

I agree with Alexyy, the Windforce OC edition is amazing on every GPU in my opinion. The Gigabyte 970 G1 is no exception.

I currently run a Gigabyte Windforce OC 270X and can vouch for the tri-fan cooling on it, truly amazing. Again, it's normally whatever your budget dictates as they all run close to identical. Great card either way.

Broadwell is the next intel CPU to come out in like less than 3 months time, then skylake will be out by 2nd quarter next year then cannonlake is out 2016

Yeah the gigabyte G1 there was a comparison with the gtx 970 strix when both at stock gigagbyte had up to 3.1 fps difference in 1 game but the rest were below 3 fps
